KANGAROO ISLAND FARM BUSINESS MANAGEMENT PROJECT
Where are you and your farm at now?
How well do you and your partners know your farm, your business, and its fitness for the future?
A fit and healthy farm business provides the platform for you to achieve your goals (business and personal), be profitable, and resilient in the long term.
Kicking off in November 2021, the Kangaroo Island Farm Business Management Project can help you assess where you are now and help identify opportunities for improvement. Take your knowledge and skills to the next level in farm planning, risk management, natural resource management, and personal and social resilience.
Participating in this project gives you access to a range of subsidised mentoring and training (up to $10,000 per participant and up to 2 participants per business), to support your farm business development journey. (A co-contribution of 5% is required by participants.)
